Our data recovery lab includes a fully certified Class 100 Clean Room Facility, for hard drive recovery from mechanically  damaged drives, in accordance to ISO 5 to ISO 14644-1 clean room standards.

As we specialise in data recovery from mechanically damaged drives, it is imperative that no contamination of dust particles is present during the recovery process. This process is also known as "Micro-surgery". Our clean room facility ensures us the highest possible level of success..

Our qualified expertise enables us to access lost data, at a far lower level than what a normal computer is capable of. Although we've invested in State of the Art Technology, it is still necessary to employ our expertise to repair severely damaged partitions, corrupt file systems etc, by means of manual but advanced disk structure editing, using Hexadecimal Editing Techniques. This technique enables us to do data recovery from as low as 5 previous disk partitions.

Please do not attempt to do Data Recovery yourself. In cases where we cannot recover data successfully, is mostly due to incorrect previous attempts to do data recovery by non specialist data recovery engineers. We've done many years of intensive research to apply tried-and-tested processes with proven methodologies to do hard drive recovery, without using destructive processes.  In the event of partial mechanical damage to a hard drive (drive still partially accessible), incorrect attempts to recover the data will overstress the storage media and cause permanent damage, beyond the level of repair.

In many cases, the cost of data recovery is escalated simply due to previous and incorrect attempts, as we need to firstly repair damage done because of incorrect previous attempts before we actually start the hard drive recovery process.
